Specially developed 3M tape and film system for outdoor use. Clear as glass insulating film installs easily from the outside. Stretches drum tight and wrinkle free. Fights air infiltration and adds an extra pane of insulation, preventing frosty windows. Special weather resistant double stick tape included.
